For "The Culinary Art of Arbutus ... and Beyond" in the Circle Craft Gallery on Granville Island, Vancouver, Ron Bazar, from Cortez Island, maker of extraordinary utensils, teamed up with me to showcase our love for Arbutus (Madrone) wood.
